Due to Covid-19 you may experience some shipping delays once your order is placed. After you receive your shipping confirmation from us, there could be delays in package movement and tracking due to carrier adjustments. We are not responsible for packages once it transfers to USPS, UPS, FEDEX, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if the carrier loses the package.

All online orders are shipped via USPS, Fedex, DHL or UPS. Customers in the Jacksonville, FL area who place their order may choose the FREE local delivery if is available. Note: Most of our items shipped FREE in US. No shipping of hardware to P.O. Box addresses.

For shipping outside US, please contact us before you place order. Buyers pay custom fees or tarrifs or other local fees.

Return unused item(s) within 14 days of receipt for full refund.If you are unhappy with the product, simply return it to us at the address provided and we will issue a full refund of your payment. Buyer pays return shipping.

If the buyer submitted wrong address or refuses to receive the product, the real shipping cost and 15% restocking fee will be charged.
